I'm so glad that I signed up for QuickHit in White Bear Lake! Steven and Chris are so fun and knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and health! I really appreciate that it is only a 20 minute commitment two times per week, so it's an extremely efficient use of time for the level of workout that you receive.I had lost some weight, then was doing intermittent fasting and messed up my metabolism and was very stuck. Steven knew exactly how to fix it quickly.

I love the six week assessments because the short-term goals keep me more accountable. I was very happy with the positive results of my first one! The Facebook group is very motivating too. I'm thinking this will be the new way that people approach fitness instead of trying to push ourselves for an hour every day at home or a gym.
